Ruby colour, with nose opening on fresh red fruits and ending on a spicy note. This cuvée is very well balanced with a touch of blackcurrant and elegant, round tannins on the palate.

Ideal with fresh starters, terrines, poultry (guinea fowl, turkeys…), roasted or grilled meats, mushroom pies, stuffed vegetables for example…
Also goes perfectly with fruity desserts.
Serve at 17°C.
