Le vin est clair et avec de très légers reflets verts. Le nez est explosif avec des arômes floraux et de fruits à chair blanche à l’ouverture, puis d’épices (curry) après une demi-heure qui amène une belle complexité au vin.
La bouche confirme le nez avec une entrée ample mais fraîche, le vin n’est pas alcooleux. Vin très agréable.
This wine is clear with very light green reflections.
The nose is explosive with floral and fruit aromas with white flesh at the opening, then spices (curry) after half an hour which brings a beautiful complexity to the wine.
The mouth confirms the nose with an ample but fresh entry, the wine is not alcoholic. Very pleasant wine, well made and surprising for a Ventoux.
