Deep ruby colour, with a nose opening on red fruits and spicy notes, ending on a slightly vanilla note. This cuvée is very well balanced with a powerful palate accompanied by round, elegant and melted tannins.
Potential of 10 years.

Excellent on roasted meats or in sauce, grilled and winter dishes.
For dessert on a red fruit gratin.
Serve at 18°C.
